Matt is an exceptional martial artist having multiple black belts in arts like Brazilian jiu jitsu, tae kwon do and judo which all translates to how effective he is in teaching jiu jitsu. He knows firsthand the discipline it takes to be good at BJJ and has broken the art down into practical movements and principles which make learning easy whether you're a beginner or a seasoned veteran.
